This is to inform about the bitter shopping experience we had at FBB outlet in Westend Mall, Aundh, Pune.
On a Sunday evening, you can expect heavy rush in the entire mall. Also, being a new store and owing to heavy promotions done inside mall, there were good number of customers in the store.
We were getting some hiccups like the attendants were missing in some sections but that was ok considering the store is opened recently.
The bad part was at the trial room. There seems to be apparently different sections for Men/Women, but nowhere there were signs indicating the same. This really caused the inconvenience as people were trying to squeeze in and later were confronted by the security guyz. It was really embarrassing.
The cash counters were having bigger queues (it was closing time, ~9:30pm) and we were hoping that the cash counter folks will be more accommodating. (This is observed in your Xion Mall, Hinjwadi outlet, where they make an effort to pass you through the counter very quickly even on the Republic day sale rush.)
But these guyz at the cash counter need some real customer service lessons. They were not maintaining the queues properly, closing down the counter abruptly. Moreover, the worst part is their attitude towards customers. Instead of trying to make the shopping experience smoother, they were rude to customers.
As you can see in the video, the Head Cashier Mr vishal Kambale(employee code=333409), was really furious at his response with customers and did not give a damn about customer sentiments.
Thankfully the department manager on duty(I forgot his name) was very polite and accommodative. He listened to our concerns and promised us to improve on same.
There were other customers also who were facing similar issues, but I am sure not all o[censored]s take time to give feedback.
I hope these things are taken care and these employees are trained well in customer management.
