Fashion Neo — Received incorrect product/not received

I was ordered 2 doff products for the month of February!
Out of which, one has received but it's totally diff one and one more product is yet to receive.
I could see still it's under pick-up stage -''[protected]" is the pickrr no.
To be honest, that website also not working now! it's really strange.
I could not even find out cust care no/complaints box for that
