This is regarding return request of order id 5230 delivered on 30th September 2021 by Fashionrazor.com e-commerce website located at Shop no. 28, Global City, Vasai, Maharashtra, india- 401103 with contact email id [protected]@gmail.com

Product ordered - New mens wear shiney black premium design quality formal Oxford shoes- fashion razor. Size 8 UK
Price - 1699.00
Mode of payment - online

The product delivered is counterfeit having fake Gucci tag on it.

I requested to return this counterfeit product but company fashion razor denied it.

Reason of denial - Due to Covid 19 return or replacement is not available.

Moreover without return acknowledgment slip from fashionrazor product cannot be returned as they have not provided online hassle free return option on their website.

Apart from the mail id [protected]@gmail.com and address of the store - Shop no. 28, Global City, Vasai, Maharashtra, india- 401103, website did not mention any other mode of contact nor mentioned that the listed products are fake/counterfeit ( screenshot of product listed on website www.fashionrazor.com is attached for clarification along with Mode of Contact/ Contact Us screenshot).

Apart from fake gucci tag tere is a line(bend) on right leg shoe. Needless to mention that product is found in such condition. Pictures of both shoes indicating counterfeit gucci logo, line/impression on the right leg shoe along with close clear picture of shoe sole to prove that product is not used and in original condition as delivered is attached below for reference.

Product is unused and in the same condition I received along with original packaging and ready for pickup.

As stated in the return policy of fashion razor - that their return policy last only for 7 days).
My Return request is well within this time frame i.e. i received the order on 30th September 2021 and has raised my return request on 2nd October 2021 10:30 AM.

I have raised this return request via email - [protected]@gmail.com, message to official Facebook page - Fashion razor and official Instagram - fashion.razor and their WhatsApp contact no. [protected] found on their Facebook page.
