Fashnear Technologies Private Limited — Order not placed but amount debited

I have lost my money by using the meesho app. I have ordered one product and I have paid by gpay using this Meesho app. The amount had been debited from account but my order not been placed..am trying to contact that merchant but couldn't find them. please help me
