My Name is Subhash Handa. I have got a membership, sorry sorry privilege membership from lazeez Affaire. They have given me some hotel vouchers. I am referring to a hotel voucher given to me by them. This voucher is from a hotel named Quality Inn Himdev, Shimla. It is supposed to be a luxury hotel. The moment I checked in into the hotel, I found out that the toilet seat of the bathroom in my room was broken. I requested for a room change. After repeated calls to the reception, it was finally done in 1 hour. Then I ordered the food and after 25 minutes I got a call from food services that nothing is available in the food. I complained this to the marketing company (anew marketing and hospitality services) from which I bought the membership. I complained this to the executive (named Nupur), she told me that she will get back to me in 15 minutes but those 15 minutes never came. I am referring this back to the date 25th Jan, 2013. My stay there with my wife was horrendous, shocking to say the least. Bad hospitality and service, rude staff.
