Lazeez Affaire — Cheating and fraud

My Name is Subhash Handa. I have got a membership, sorry sorry privilege membership from lazeez Affaire. They have given me some hotel vouchers. I am referring to a hotel voucher given to me by them. This voucher is from a hotel named Quality Inn Himdev, Shimla. It is supposed to be a luxury hotel. The moment I checked in into the hotel, I found out that the toilet seat of the bathroom in my room was broken. I requested for a room change. After repeated calls to the reception, it was finally done in 1 hour. Then I ordered the food and after 25 minutes I got a call from food services that nothing is available in the food. I complained this to the marketing company (anew marketing and hospitality services) from which I bought the membership. I complained this to the executive (named Nupur), she told me that she will get back to me in 15 minutes but those 15 minutes never came. I am referring this back to the date 25th Jan, 2013. My stay there with my wife was horrendous, shocking to say the least. Bad hospitality and service, rude staff. Lazeez Affaire offered me their discount package scheme at INR 3999. I bought the scheme on 12th Sep 2017.When I went to the listed restaurant Masha at HKV to take the benefits of the package with my friends I got to know that it has been closed.It was embarrassing, now the company is not ready to refund the money.My Membership no. is IN26124
