This is latha and i am located in coimbatore, tamil nadu. The garden people kept on coming to our house to get the order and we wanted the quote. Orally they said it would cost ~rs. 15k but before we tell anything they started the work. It is like day robbers. They told me they are using australian grass which don't need any maintenance and it won't dry like other grass. Finally they told me it costed rs. 45, 000/- and i had to fight but had to pay rs. 40, 000/-. I requested for an invoice mentioning all the things they have used. They never gave me a bill.

The main issue is within 2-3 days the grass got dried inspite of watering continously. After this i called them many times and they never visited us. I enquired with many gardeners without telling this deal and all were quoted less than 15k for the same work. I got cheated. I want to take severe action.

After this i checked about their details in the web and in just dial i saw so many bad reviews about them. Many people suffered exactly like me. Please help me get my money back and also action on them so that they don't cheat other innocent people.
