Fatma Sayyed — illegal construction

I fatma sayyed is a 66 years old senior citizen. There is an illegal construction of house and bike and car service center at sahkar road and in haji shakoor chawl by aejaz qureshi which is troubling all other residents there. They are also using water and electricity illegally without any proper connection that is theft of water and electricity.
