Today I visited the fbb store Dwarka ramphal chowk, new Delhi where I purchased clothes worth 1098.The sales man at the counter refused to give a carry bags and was adamant about charging for it.Kindly take appropriate actions as not providing carry bag shows that the company's service towards customer is poor.
