Fbb — misbehavior of staff and less product knowledge

I have been to fbb shop today to exchange pant which i bought on 17 april. As i want to exchange with another item and looked for staff to help me out with the things i was looking for. I asked him anything he said we dont have. So i went to look for it by myself then i found out the things i was looking for. As it was for my dad so i wanted to open and confirm it. But the staff he doesnt want me to open and started arguing that all is same and dnt open and all. Its his duty to tell me the correct things and on top of that he started arguing. What i want is that first know what you are selling if you dont know dont give wrong information to customer and try to comfort the customer rather than arguing. This is the worst customer service i have seen and faced till now. So, fbb team please hire your staff who knows how to behave and have atleast little knowledge about it.
