Fbb — unethical behaviour

I recently went shopping in fbb. I bought a top and a pant, after billing i approached a staff to take out the tag from the clothes. When he was checking out, there were no tags and he also checked with that security alarm, it did not ring at all. All i asked was that "do all the clothes here have tags?", he said yes. And then i asked why these set of clothes did not have? He gave a very unsophisticated reply saying "therila!" (Meaning : i do not know!). It does not end here, same reply was given by another staff when i asked for a top of particular size. And also he said he didn't know when will the stock arrive too.
Just one question to fbb, do you guys even train your staff? I really "don't know" how i am suppose to take an answer "therila" for all the things i ask them. This is not one time thing, i received the same answer before too. I seriously want you people to consider this complaint and take actions accordingly!
