Febdeal — not get our refund

I odered a drees of 750₹ from feb deal but they sended cheap saree i. E wrong product and even after filling the return refund form twice they are just sending the message that we will get our refund in ten working days in your paytm no.. First i filled the form on 14 sept and second on 26 sept. And today is 11october.
Kindly take any action so no one else will suffer like us and try that we can get our refund.
