Febdeal — received wrong product

I have ordered a kurti worth 538.92rs/- including 100rs delivery charge, from the website-febdeal, but they have sent me a low quality net material worth less than 100rs/-. There is no login option available to further check with them. And no option for review also, to warn others about how fraud they are. Anyways, I want my money back, that's why I'm complaining here. Febdeal i fake company.
i ordered dress on 30th august, order number 22419, amount 538.92.
i received torn cloth.
i tried calling number given on website[protected] but it is fake number.
