I alby mathew made an order from febdeal.
My order number was #86912
The dispatch person came and gave me the packet.. Bt when i opened it it was a wrong parcel. Instead of a kurta worth 539 they gave me a sare
It contained somebody else's return order.
I want to ask why is this kind of negligence?
What will be the action taken for this?
