My name is Tanneru Venkayamma, My husband expired on 16th March 2023 and I approached bank for transfer of my husband's gold loans

I am a Widow and I have submitted all required documents to bank.

As a final stage, manager asked me to sign on notary stamp documents where I was mentioned as deceased, and there are many mistakes in the stamp papers and I informed the same to the bank manager, He reluctantly responding and misbehaving.

There is no friendly environment at bank and since 2 months I am continuously approaching bank but I am hopeless and I fell unsafe.

I am attaching stamp documents.

Please do take immediate action over this. I hope this complaint reduces my grivience.

My problem has been resolved at a faster rate after making complaint at consumercomplaint.in. Earlier I was continuously approaching fedbank for 2months., . Now the bank higher officials reacted at a faster rate with due respect I could able to transfer gold. I am very happy over this. Thanks to consumercomplaints.in

We wish to that the said complaint is received by Fedbank Financial Services Ltd (“Fedfina”) on May 20, 2023.

We wish to inform you that Loan Account No(s). FEDGL[protected], FEDGL[protected] & FEDGL[protected] are closed in our records on receipt of loan closure payment done by legal heir(s) of the Borrower & pledged ornaments are released to the legal heir(s) [Complainant] at our local branch on June 01, 2023. Further, we wish to state that complainant has submitted satisfaction letter dated June 1, 2023 on resolution of complaint, same has been communicated to the complainant vide email dated June 1, 2023. We are hereby enclosing copy of email communication & satisfaction letter dated June 1, 2023 for your kind reference.

We trust the above clarifies Fedfina’s position in the matter & & we request you to close the complaint in our favor.
