We wish to that the said complaint is received by Fedbank Financial Services Ltd (“Fedfina”) on May 20, 2023.
We wish to inform you that Loan Account No(s). FEDGL[protected], FEDGL[protected] & FEDGL[protected] are closed in our records on receipt of loan closure payment done by legal heir(s) of the Borrower & pledged ornaments are released to the legal heir(s) [Complainant] at our local branch on June 01, 2023. Further, we wish to state that complainant has submitted satisfaction letter dated June 1, 2023 on resolution of complaint, same has been communicated to the complainant vide email dated June 1, 2023. We are hereby enclosing copy of email communication & satisfaction letter dated June 1, 2023 for your kind reference.
