[Resolved]  Fedex — A specialized form/statement from the shipper is required.

Have provide all the information to customer service, and did that for 5 day ago.
The status is still the same, and daily call to fedex and they say it is going to come today, but still nothing...

This is not good, hope you guys can find a way to solve this.
