One of my consignments is coming from china to India (Bangalore) by FedEx AIRWAY BILL NO[protected]. The Shipment was picked up on March 22, 2022, and the promised delivery date is on March 30, 2022. I have updated my KYC on March 27, 2022. Still, it's under a custom clearance process. The package is in Bangalore but the FedEx tracking page shows it's in New Delhi. I'm frustrated, not able to get the proper information about my consignment. I think the FedEx clearance team is not taking care of my consignment and customer support agents are not giving me the needful information. I'm really unhappy with FedEx's customer care and custom clearance team. I've raised a ticket on my consignment. The ticket number is 62510103. I'm not getting any updates from FedEx. My Business is spoiling because of FedEx. Kindly do the needful, Thanks
