Fedex — item not delivered as per the scheduled delivery

This is regarding tracking id[protected].
One item was sent from bangalore to goa. On 04, september 2018.
It was supposed to be delivered the parcel by 8pm on 5th september 2018. But even on several times follow up it has not been delivered yet even (7th september).
I have called the fedex local office. They have received it on 5th only. But they didn't arranged it for delivery.
Kindly arrange to deliver it by today only.
