My Package sent from China to India through Fedex get stuck at Bangalore due to clearance delay. Paid more the 100$ for just transportation.
After the parcel arrived at Bangalore ( on12th Jan), Fedex Bangalore office clearance admin contacted me requesting document. After i provided all the required documents there is no responses, no confirmation mail, not able to contact anyone in Bangalore office. I have tried to connect with customer care 4 times last 15 days, still not working. Even customer care persons also seems do not have sufficient data about the delay. Always they are mentioning "We will raise ticket for your issue and tomorrow the responsive person will contact you" . That's all. But nothing seems to be happening.
Tired.. Planning to register a case in China Fedex. But before that expecting your help and support.
