[Resolved] Fedex — Non delivery of Order number[protected] | |
I ordered otter box case for my iPhone7 . i started tracking my parcel and it was fine till it reached delhi. where the status was "package available for clearance" then i started getting calls from fedex authorities to fill the KYC and the authorization letter. i duly filled them and sent it to their email. but after a day after i filled the form, i track my status and it says "A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient."...
