[Resolved] Fedex — Order is late even though it's at local facility from past 8 days | |||
Strontium 16GB Jet USB 3.0 Order#[protected] FedEx, Tracking #:[protected] I have ordered a pendrive (Strontium 16GB Jet USB 3.0) form amazon on 28th September, 2015 on cash on delivery. the expected delivery date was 6th October. the product was shipped from bhiwandi to tarapur(local facility) by 30th September. but the courier service(FedEx) is not delivering my product. they sent me emails and msgs that my product is out for delivery but they never brought the product at my home. and gave the reason that the customer was not available, but my parents are always available at home. i even complainted about it on amazon customer service 3 times but nothing happened. i am posting this compliant against Amazon India as well as FedEx. against Amazon for its carelessness againt the customer and against FedEx for its bad courier service i have attached the copy of invoice, fedex tracking record and amazon tracking.
