This would be the 15th time I'm writing to address FedEx as my attempts to get in touch with the personnel have been unsuccessful.
Already called and emailed them a couple of times but there was absolutely zero response from the team, espcially the prime handler of the customs files in my case - Vaibhav Srivastava.
My parcel's been stuck in Delhi, India since about more than two weeks now and there seems to be absolutely no updates on the status inspite o[censored]ploading the correct Commercial Invoice and the correct KYC documents - the status of the parcel still shows up as "Commercial Invoice is Incomplete" and hasn't changed since.
WHY IS THAT? And why's the FedEx team so utterly horrible at customer service?
Hope to hear fron you soon because I'm honestly starting to lose it.
