I sent a courier from Dayton USA to Salem India on December 1st 2021 this was supposed to be reached on December 8 2021. I sent this to my sister Merlin Manivelu as her wedding gift which was nothing but digital watch & dress. My package never reached her on December 8th & after I reached out to customer care I was asked to send KYC, Which I sent on the very day, then I was asked for detailed description of goods, which I sent on the very day. Post this again I called why the package was not delivered yet and then I was told I had to send the price list / invoice copy which I again went on that very day ie December 17 2021. Post this there was no noise about my package, I called and filed several complaints with FEDEX. I made 4 or 5 escalations, I spent hours & hours on calls no body has given me a resolution. I asked them to send the package back to me which they again didnt do. I asked them to refund my money bac & opened a claim which was again denied. They are simply saying this is an abandoned shipment when its no fault of the customer. I sent emails after emails to the Customer executive, I spent hours on calls. On a bare minimum if you guys cant locate the package & unable to provide an update to the customer for the past one & a half month atleast honor them with the claim. I paid $200 plus dollars just for the shipment! Its causing me so much of emotional distress! Its hard earned money that we are talking about. PLEASE PROVIDE ME RESOLUTION & STOP YOUR CUTOMERS GO THROUGH MENTAL AGONY. Was this information helpful? |
