I have imported an international shipment and Since 16th Oct 2020 till date it is showing same status on Fedex's portal. Their call centers are really tough to reach and you have to be fortunate to get your call picked quickly. You keep calling wait for minimum 20-30 minutes. Once picked up you get answer stating someone will get back to you. They don't transfer your call to seniors if you want to speak to them. Emails they hardly answer, and if answered will be a diplomatic answer without any clear information and status about your shipment. They say someone will get back to you and you never get a call back.
Tracking status also shows highly doubtful facts. It has come to Delhi first, then gone to bangalore, then to Dubai and then to Mumbai. And since then they showing same status.
Also a fact is this items are officially imported and it is the item being regularly imported without hassles since past 3 years.
Their such inaction and irresponsible behaviour is affecting our business badly. Was this information helpful? |
Fedex still is unable to give me clarity on when they will delivery my goods.
Who will compensate for the loss being incurred to me?
Its month and I am not sure how much more time it will take.
Fedex services are really frustrating and they are unable to provide me with clear information and delivery date.
