Ferns N Petals — delivery of product didn't happen | |||
I ordered one stairway gift hamper from ferns and petals that was scheduled to deliver on 15th Feb. 2015 but the delivery has not happened yet. I have been calling them since last 6 days but no response from their side, do not reply on callls or emails. They say that the product has been delivered on 14th, however i ordered the product for 15th feb. and secondly while following up from 16th to 198th feb i was been told that vendor is delaying the delivery but suddenly on 20th they are telling me that product is delivered on 14th. FNP is doing a big goo[censored]p. I need my money back or redelivery of the pro duct. please help Was this information helpful? | |||

NO Flowers were delivered but I was charged money.
