My order id is OR[protected].The gift was to be delivered on 13th february to sydney, Australia. The gift has.not yet reached there.I have emailed them, called their customer service.They are not even sure if the order is.discharged.Poor handling. Not only is.my valentines gift ruined.They are also not refunding my money.Never book anything from this.company.
