My order nr 6505692 for flowers was to be delivered for rakhi on 25th august as per contract agreed by me.
After taking advance payment when they made mistake & delivered the flowers 3 days in advance & instead of either re-delivering on the due date or refunding the payment - their customer support executive nitish kumar says we apologise and on phone mr prashant says that is all we can do!!!
Highly unprofessional + unethical + fraud on clients who paid in advance
