I had ordered flowers & cake for mother's day. It dint get delivered but my money got deducted. I waited for a day and then wrote an email with all the details. Nobody replied to my mails even after following up many times. Their customer care is hopeless! They keep the phone on hold and then hang up! And when i tried calling back, the number was unavailable!!
I then called up after a week to check the status. I literally shouted at them to either deliver the product or refund my money. They then finally agreed and delivered rotten flowers and cake!! This is simply not tolerable!! It's a complete fraud company whose prices are it's peak and yet no service!!
