I placed an order for a shirt on Finifox fashion website, and made an o lime payment, after I came across an ad on Facebook. The status never changed from 'processing', although it has been 15days. I waited considering that there may be delays due to Covid 19. However, the website is not functional since August 1. There are no contact details using which we can reach out to them.
