Good Morning This is Niranjan Kumar Singh worked with Finlace Consulting Pvt Ltd (Block B, Sector-62, Noida) and sold 6 Houses in Aditya Urban homes. for which I got credit notes of some amount. Details is as below Total credit notes value=264675 Amount received till date=87975 TDS deducted=26936 Amount Pending=149813 approx This amount is pending from Aug-2015 Another thing the TDS deducted from me is not yet reflecting in my PAN till date. I Wrote lots of Email regarding the payment and TDS deposit to Govt. but the response from Finlace HR is simple is that builder is not yet released the payment to me so I could not released payment to you. So please suggest is there is any hope for me to get the dues from Finlace. Now Finlace consulting company name changed to Find my property. Verified Support Aug 11, 2017 Finlace Consulting Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Passbacks are released on disbursement of brokerage from the developer as per the terms of Credit Note. As per latest update from billing helpdesk, the units are billed and brokerage is awaited from developer's end.Please note that we have also released part payments to yourself in the past equivalent to brokerage credited against the said unit which validates the fact that the delay is not intentional.Our billing helpdesk is constantly in touch with the developer for release of our brokerage so that we can honour our commitments. Alternatively we have even tried for adjustment of the balance referral amount against your respective unit in Aditya, however the adjustment request has been declined by the developer. TDS query is already aligned with accounts and should be duly taken care off in a month's time. We completely understand your concern and apologise for this delay but please understand the fact that even we are dependant on developers for brokerages. Do you provide the evidance that builder has not pay to finlace against thes especific units.
One year back finlace/ find my property told that you will be submitting TDS to govt. But still not. Is this not a cheating?
