Fire Bolt — Fire smart watch not working and poor quality (complaint no.-22355)

Dear Sir
i have purchase firebolt beast smart watch dated-19/05/21 through amazon but now this time smart watch not working properly and same watch switch off automatically. i have raised the complaint through google form but till date my query not resolved and same i have given many reminder through mail but not respond customer care through call and mail . i have attached invoice and product images with video.

for your reference i have attached mail conversation.

Already 10 days has been gone but my query not resolved yet.day by day you sent message our customer team connect with u.if my query not resolved i have raised the complaint in consumer court.
