Last year in august (2022) i brought a smart watch of Fireboltt (model no. 360 pro) from Top 10 mobile shop (Bhayander east) with warranty of 1 year. My watch is working however there is a issue in charger so i decided give in shop because my product was within warranty period. So i gave it in shop on 4th July 2023 and after 35days (today on 8th Aug 2023) they are still unanswerable and not giving us our product back. I spoke to sales person from this shop and they are very rude also saying that they are not getting any answer from Fireboltt company.
