I purchased the product on 23 September 2022. The watch had accidentally fallen and developed a crack on the shielding display glass. The display is intact. I have run pillar to post to get the broken glass replaced or willing to pay for the repair/replacement. Fire bolt claims to have 535 centres as per their website and none of the centres are authorised to undertake such repair work. I even tried calling the customer care and asked to have a direct support provided by fire bolt. To this the fire bolt team astonishingly replied that they do not provide any repair services and this case is considered as a broken watch case so it’s out of warranty. Is this the after service support that the new disrUptive launch firm endorsed by celebrities like Virat Kohli, hina khan provides for a smart watch that is priced at an MRP of 10000 above. My watch is of no use now and my money got wasted. So these firms don’t mind spending lavishly gon promotions and miserably fail to provide a basic service. Was this information helpful? |
