Our Ninja Pro Max Smart Watch Order id is #72850 purchased on March 21, 2022 from Fire-Boltt official website, with payment of Rs 1899/- advance through Sezzle (EMI) payment mode and everyday I received my installment amount and the payment due charge alerts. But I refused my order when it was delivered on March 23, 2022. but not received any info about refund or cancellation. I have mailed many times but didn't received proper respond .please help me about it

I have purchased a product on may7th 2022. I have mailed several times for refund as the watch has been collected by them from my place and even refund is approved but i havent recd any response except for getting it done. Can a refund of 2499 take 4 months when they r promisin a refund in 6-7working days? They are not receiving calls, when i call on their call centre. Just dont know wht to do now?
I have ordered smartwatch on 15th May 2022
Until 30th May didn't get the smartwatch delivered
So request for cancelation...on 14th May they initiated my refund process till date 5th September 2022 didn't get the refund from fireboltt and their support system not responding
They just asking for wait and watch
