Hello,
I placed a product from https://boltt.shop/, namely Fire Boltt Almighty BSW013 Black L, on the fireboltt website on 21st July. I received the product on the 25th of july. But the speaker of the smartwatch is not working. While Bluetooth calling, it gets connected, but I can't hear anything from the smartwatch. The mic is working perfectly fine, I can even make a call and receive the call from the smartwatch, but I'm unable to hear anything as the speaker is not working. This is very disappointing.
I've raised one complaint on fireboltt website with ticket id 311643 on 25th July, and it's showing closed and resolved, but in reality, I never received any call or email from their customer service. They closed this on their own, which translates to fraud.
I raised another two complaints by mailing [protected]@boltt.com with ticket id 312768 and 314068, which remain unanswered.
Please help me in getting a replacement or refund from fireboltt. Pathetic service
Their website doesn't have any cancellation option or return request option. Worst service
I'm attaching the watch photo, invoice, and proof that they closed the ticket next day after I raised the complaint (without consulting me)
