Fire Boltt — Watch replacement

I gave my watch on 8th august as it wasn't working and it was under warranty period so i booked it into service centre at gandhinagar gujarat, till today no any single call i got from company that what is status today it is 12th of sept i tried to call customer care they are also mot responding if they respond they told me that you have to wait for 8-10 days in month of august
