Fake customer service don't by any one.. Last 3 month no any updates my watch in survice center
I bought this watch Fir-boltt 2 months ago and it had charging issue (was not charging) so i called customer care and Complaint about it they said a person will visit with in 7 days and he will check the exact issue but no one came. I called again regarding same this time they said they will come and take this watch again 7 days time given.. Same happened again no one came.. I personaly visited their service centre which is 15km far from my place and gave my watch..they suggested me to wait for 15 days...so i waited visited after 15 days now they are telling me to wait 3 days more...like seriously ? it's been alomost 2 months nothing happened.. This type of services you people provide to your customers? No one has taken action just making people fool.. Was this information helpful? |
