Hi Team,
I have ordered 360 Pro on Jan 3rd from the Firebolt website and canceled the order by refusing and the product is returned to the warehouse on Jan - 17th. As per company policy, the refund should be processed within 7 working days but I don't see any response from the Firebolt team. I have contacted Firebolt multiple times via email and call but I don't see any concrete response from the team.
Please look into this issue and help me in getting the refund for my order
