Fireboltt — Replacement/Repair the smart watch which is under the warranty period

I have purchased the fireboltt smart watch about 1 month ago.
After few days my watch is stopped working. When i have contacted them for the replacement or repair work with all my proper and needed documents, they have not reverted me back .
