Fireboltt — Smartwatch under warranty but its with service centre since 1 month and they are not replying

Device not being charged properly and battery draining out very fast. Product under warranty so have given the product to Vaishno Communication (Malviya Nagar, DL)service centre on 12/10/22, call code [protected]. They assured me that the product will get exchanged and will be given to me in a week or 10 days. But till date on 14/11/22, its almost 33 days passed, I haven't received any update about the product. I have contacted the service center multiple times, but they told me that company will contact you when the product got ready. But no one contacted me till now. Please resolve the problem asap.
