I had ordered three babyhug blankets. Received the first product babyhug blue blanket in good packaging and the product inside was also good.
The next product babyhug purple blanket the packaging was tampered and the product inside was missing. Just received empty plastic pack with price tags tampered with. Immediately I raised complaint to firstcry and provided feedback to Xpressbee the delivery partner of firstcry.
Received the third product babyhug peach blanket, the packaging was ok and the product inside was tampered, price tag completely scratched off and different printed paper's stuck as price tag. This time while unpacking I removed a complete video to show all how Firstcry is cheating people.
The customer care executives with firstcry are all useless resources who don't understand a word of what the customer is saying. They don't bother to read the mails written by customer with complete details product and packaging images sent as proof are just ignored. Totally pathetic services and they hardly acknowledge the mistake.
Firstcry company need to be taught a lesson if they are really taking customers for a ride or is it purely poor customer service executives comprehension issues then they need to change the complete grievance cell responses team. Attaching all images and video for references. I hope my issue is resolved and I receive my money.
