I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your delivery. I ordered the diaper with next-day delivery and the estimated delivery time is 19th January, even though the product was promised to be delivered by 17th January 2023. Today, it is 23rd January 2023 and we still have not heard from you regarding the product.
