Firstcry is not refunding full amount of courier services, they have set rules and guidelines that they will refund a particular amount only, this is just a way to take money from people. If this is the case then they should arrange for reverse pickup also . If not then at least refund the courier charges.we do online shopping because it is convenient, but such issues are becoming painful. I don't understand if delivery is possible at a place then why reverse pickup can not be arranged. and if a customer is returning product himself at least refund the amount.
