Date of incident: 26th sep 2016 Client number:[protected] Description: Firstcry has not provided any compensation for the delay of the product with order # 2302351pl1093d956 which was placed on 26th sep 2016. I have already raised my concern to the care team but no one is really bothered about my problem. I need compensation from firstcry for wasting my valuable time and effort.
