I ordered for a Blue shirt for my baby as it was showing available in the website. They just cancel the order whimsically stating the product is not available. I changed my order to a Green shirt. This time they send me a ‘Similar’ shirt, which is basically a poor quality shirt, and a different sets of cloths altogether. I broached it up to Firstcry team and asked them to replace it with the original one. Now they are not at all attending my grievance, although I already made my payment for the product.
