Order number 1813559prp4888447 Pampers pant style diapers light and dry large - 48 pieces large qty: 2 is ordered on 12th june, 2016 and received duplicate diapers. When i called to the customer care and they are asking to call pampers manufacturers for this issue. This happened repeatedly second time and they are not responsible for this defect products itseems. Reply from customer care: As per your previous mail we understand that you had placed the order for item "pampers pant style diapers light and dry large - 48 pieces" however you are not happy with the quality of the item. We do apologize for the same. Also as this issue is related to manufacturing defect we request you to please get in touch with the pampers customer care team and they may help you with your query. Please find below details for the same. I am very disappointed and they are not responsible for this. Please some one help us on the same. I need them to take back the duplicate product. Please carefull dont buy anything from firstcry. It is not like before. They are selling defect and duplicate products by happily giving more discounts Was this information helpful? | |||||

I bought a model car from here but it came damaged to me. Even the packaging was broken. The car inside had scratches and one door did'not open properly. Looks like they have used or fake items. They can't fool customers like this. My son was disappointed seeing this.please give replacement or exchange of car
