Firstcry — Unnecessary delay and then damaged product | |||||
I had ordered for a baby walker for my kid on 29th May which was supposed to be delivered on 4th June latest but inspite of repeated esclations I got the product delivered on 7th June at 11 pm. And to my utter frustration the product was badly damaged. I am really surprised the company gets adverstisements done by Firstcry and don't even maintain the quality of the products. Please arrange for a quick reverse pickup and deliver my product asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
