Firstcry.com — Not delivered the product and also not refunded money | |||||
Dear sir I have given the order through firstcry online portal with the value of 16100 in a first week of june 2016. I did not received the product from them but how they have updated the order status as delivered the product. I spoke 3-4 times over the phone and also 4 times mail to them but they did not turn up to reply in a proper way to understand the refund status. So please initiate the complain against them and let me know to do the further go ahead process for the same to get refund back my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
