[Resolved]  Soumen's Workout — Cheating

I had enrolled myself for a fitness program for three months at Soumen's Workout ( Sinthee ) last year in the month of January i.e. Jan'11.
After taking classes for almost one month I met with an accident & had a knee injury. Doctors gave me initially bed rest for 3 months and then after asked me to walk slowly with a knee pad on 24*7. I had already informed my trainer about the same when I was in bed rest, he had asked me to resume once everything was alright. Gradually I got better & able to resume with my daily routine but was strictly instructed by my doctor not to jog , basically cannot do exercise for the lower part of my body.
I again had informed the same to the trainer of mine at soumen’s workout, then also he kept on saying to join once everything was ok.
Now that I am capable of doing light exercise I have kept on visiting the Sinthee centre to resume my classes, but to my big surprise the trainer has left / changed the current person had no information about the same & say’s will inform me. Waiting for almost 15 – 20 days for the information I had called up Mr. Soumen, the owner & to my big surprise he did not listen to what I was saying & kept on saying that the accident part should have been informed to them in written, as the form which I have signed at the time of joining states clearly about the same if a break is taken for the classes. I kept on saying that the trainer never informed me about the same & asked me to join after everything was ok, to that he say that it was the mistake of the trainer & he has got nothing to do about the same. Neither will I get the classes nor the money. And if I want to get the classes I have to enroll again & then Mr. Soumen may give few classes extra. What a shame.
