Fitness World — I didn't receive my parcel or money back

I order and paid gym dumbell worth rupees 1400 of having order number 10841 from www.fitnessworld.in on 23 jan 2016...The order rebounced back after i couldnot receive the parcel due my absence in address for short time via fed ex courier of airway bill[protected].When i contacted the fitness world customer, , , via emails ..And calls, , , they didnt reply anything for reimbursement or resend the parcel to my said address in vijaynagar...Please help me out to get parcel or money back which i paid via online internet banking
