Fitternity — False marketing and advertising to lure customers

I live in the Goregaon East are and am at walking distance from Golds gym. I took Fitternity's One Pass membership because they clearly mention Golds Gym as one of the gyms they provide in their synopsis. In addition, Golds Gym, Goregaon is also given the OnePass tag by Fitternity.
On taking the membership, Golds Gym was not included. I contacted them and asked them as to why, to which they replied that they do not have that gym and need to onboard them. I asked they why they used their name and gave them a OnePass tag, to which they did not have a reply. All this is recorded. I told them to then cancel my membership and return back my money to which they refused. Such grievances should not be taken up by a consumer.
